The World is Slowly Going Crazy, Says Trump

The newly elected President of the United States, Donald Trump, pledged to discuss how the world is currently "slowly going crazy" before starting a bilateral meeting with French leader Emmanuel Macron.

"It’s an honor to be here. We have spent a lot of good time together and achieved many successes—truly great successes—working together on defense and offense. It’s definitely clear that the world is heading towards madness right now," Trump told reporters before the negotiations kicked off.

On Saturday, the Washington Post reported that Trump, who is in Paris, might not hold a bilateral meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky, where both would attend the opening ceremony of the restored Cathedral of the Virgin Mary following a fire, and would meet separately with Emmanuel Macron instead. However, the meeting took place.
