Aliyev's Clear Message on Current Relations with Armenia

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has stated that more than a year ago, Azerbaijan and Armenia put an end to over 30 years of conflict by pre-signing a text of a peace agreement.

“Azerbaijan is already supplying oil products to Armenia and ensuring the transit of cargoes from third countries. Together with Armenia, we are working on increasing mutual trade volumes, expanding the range of goods, and creating new land transport communications,” said Aliyev.

It should be noted that earlier, President Ilham Aliyev, speaking at a summit of member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, stated: “Unfortunately, the United Nations has played no role in the implementation of four resolutions of the Security Council between Armenia and Azerbaijan.”
