Russian Railways on the Contract Signed with Armenia

Russian Railways is fulfilling all the terms of the concession agreement signed with Armenia and is open to dialogue on various issues and proposals, stated Oleg Belozyorov, the head of the holding, in a comment to Izvestia.

He emphasized that Russian Railways is in constant contact with its Armenian partners and approaches the implementation of all terms of the contract, which operate in accordance with joint acts, with diligence.

"Accordingly, various questions and proposals arise, which we discuss together and outline specific actions. There are different questions directed to us by our Armenian partners. We are open to dialogue," Belozyorov noted.
