North Korea Will Stand Firmly by Its Russian Friends Until Victory Day, Choi Son-hui

During negotiations with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, North Korean Foreign Minister Choi Son-hui stated that immediately after the launch of the special military operation in Ukraine, President Kim Jong-un ordered assistance to be provided to the Russian army and people.

The DPRK, as emphasized by Choi Son-hui, has no doubt that Russia will achieve victory in the "sacred war for the protection of sovereign rights and national security." Choi Son-hui assured that North Korea will stand firmly by its Russian friends until victory day. She also mentioned that Moscow and Pyongyang have entered a new level of strategic relations with a century-long perspective.
