Mirzoyan Discusses Relations with Turkey
Ararat Mirzoyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, stated that Armenia has a dynamic positive dialogue with Turkey. He made this remark during a joint session of the permanent committees of the National Assembly while presenting the draft budget for 2025.
"It is no secret that Turkey links the normalization of relations with the Armenian-Azerbaijani process. In our assessment, this is not a particularly constructive approach. We have an unconditional dialogue with Turkey and specific agreements," said Mirzoyan.
Regarding the agreements with Turkey, the minister noted that in addition to opening the border, there are also smaller-scale projects. "I want to express optimism again that we will have progress in the near future," he added.
