We Have Red Lines: Arayik Harutyunyan
All issues with Azerbaijan are open for discussion. This was stated by Arayik Harutyunyan, the head of the Armenian Prime Minister's office, during a briefing with journalists in the National Assembly on October 30.
When asked if this also pertains to Azerbaijan's demand to change the Armenian constitution, he responded, "I did not say anything of the sort. We have stated that we have red lines, and we have communicated that."
In response to journalists' observations regarding whether major players and third parties are no longer pressuring the sides to sign the peace treaty, Harutyunyan stated, "Great powers have their interests in any process and are guided by them. It is crucial for us to advance our interests."
Harutyunyan declined to answer questions regarding the possible signing of the peace treaty.
