95 for 95: Russian Defense Ministry Statement
The Russian Defense Ministry reports that as a result of negotiations, ninety-five Russian soldiers have been returned from areas controlled by Kyiv. The statement reads, “As a result of the negotiation process, 95 Russian soldiers have been returned from the territories controlled by the Kyiv regime. In exchange, 95 prisoners of war have been transferred to the Ukrainian armed forces.”
During the process of returning Russian servicemen from captivity, the United Arab Emirates played a humanitarian mediation role.
Currently, the returned Russian soldiers are located in Belarus, where they are receiving the necessary psychological and medical assistance, and they have the opportunity to connect with their relatives, the Defense Ministry reports.
