Azerbaijani Blogger's 'Banda' Loses Court Case in Moscow
The Azerbaijani-born Russian blogger Huseyn Hasanov's 'Banda' has lost its court case. The Arbitration Court of Moscow has ruled on the lawsuit filed by entrepreneur Yulia Minchenkova against 'Banda' LLC, which was previously owned by Huseyn Hasanov.
According to the court's decision, the company is obliged to pay a debt of 10 million rubles as stipulated in a fee-for-service contract. Previously, Hasanov owned 70% of the company but has since departed from the list of founders, who officially provided 'consulting and informational services.'
It appears that this LLC was the vehicle through which Hasanov sold his courses, teaching clients about breathing techniques and thinking like the wealthy.
