Consequences of the Domus Fire

The "Domus" company has incurred approximately 800 million drams in property damage as a result of a fire. A criminal case has been initiated.

It should be noted that on October 7, in the late evening, the Investigative Committee of Armenia received a report from the Police regarding the outbreak of a fire in the warehouse section of "Domus" LLC located at 29/1 Isakov Avenue, and the burning of the store. According to the report, preliminary data indicates that the company has suffered around 800 million drams in material losses.

The spokesperson for the Investigative Committee of Armenia, Gor Abrahamyan, noted that a criminal case has been initiated based on the report at the Malatia-Sebastia investigative division of the Investigative Committee of Armenia. An investigation is underway to determine the causes of the fire, the actual extent of property damage, and the compliance with fire safety requirements.
