29 Real Estate Properties, 2.5 Billion Drams: Statement from the Prosecutor General's Office
The Prosecutor General's Office demands the seizure of 29 real estate properties and 2.5 billion drams from Agvan Hovhannisyan.
The Anti-Corruption Court has accepted the application from the Prosecutor General's Office regarding the seizure of illegally acquired assets for consideration on September 27, 2024. The Asset Recovery Division of the Prosecutor General's Office has submitted a demand to the court, seeking to confiscate 29 properties, 8 participations in legal entities, and 2 billion 551 million 100 thousand drams from Agvan Hovhannisyan, the former Prosecutor General of Armenia, and individuals connected to him for the benefit of the Republic of Armenia.
