Iran Developing 'Resistance Pact'
The Iranian Parliament's Commission on National Security and Foreign Policy is drafting a 'Resistance Pact' involving countries in the Middle East and liberation movements. The agreement aims to provide military and economic assistance in the event of an attack by the US or Israel on one of the signatory states.
According to Tasnim news agency, the pact includes the establishment of an operational headquarters to coordinate military actions and conduct exercises. It is proposed that the Supreme National Security Council oversee the distribution of responsibilities and the implementation of the project.
