Video: There Are Problems in Armenian-Russian Relations, Says Deputy Prime Minister
There are problems in Armenian-Russian relations, said Armenia's Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan during a conversation with journalists at Yerablur.
"But, I believe we need to balance and try to eliminate all obstacles," he said.
According to the deputy prime minister, the global situation is quite complicated, especially in the region. "Accordingly, numerous issues arise, for which explanations are not fully provided. I believe we must try to understand the discrepancies and make the right decisions," Grigoryan emphasized.
