Putin's Congratulatory Message on Independence Day

Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Armenia. The congratulatory message stated:

Accept my congratulations on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia. The further development of Russian-Armenian friendly and allied relations, as well as constructive cooperation within the framework of common integration associations, undoubtedly corresponds to the fundamental interests of our peoples.
