Russia Responds to Pashinyan's Statement Regarding CSTO
The Kremlin categorically disagrees with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's assessment regarding the CSTO, stating that the organization poses no threat to Armenia's sovereignty. This was announced by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President.
“We must categorically disagree with Mr. Pashinyan. No danger can or does come from the CSTO to Armenia's sovereignty. On the contrary, this organization protects the sovereignty of its member states. However, we will patiently convey this position to the Armenian leadership,” he told journalists.
