Armenian Defense Ministry Responds to Azerbaijani Statements
The Armenian Defense Ministry has refuted claims made by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry that Armenian Armed Forces opened fire in the southwestern section of the border between 00:15 and 01:05 on September 12.
The Armenian Defense Ministry stated, "We would like to remind that the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia proposed to establish a joint mechanism for investigating instances of ceasefire violations and/or information related to such breaches, to which Azerbaijan has not responded up to this day."
