Stub: Kyiv Can Use Western-Supplied Weapons for Attacks on Russian Territory

The President of Finland, Alexander Stub, has stated that Kyiv can use Western-supplied weapons for defensive purposes on Russian territory. "If we answer directly, yes, they can," he said in response to a journalist's question about whether Kyiv could use the weapons provided by the West to strike Russian territory.

According to the President, Finland has not imposed any restrictions on what Ukraine can do with the weapons it has been provided, as long as it is used for defensive purposes and is in line with international law.
