ICRC representatives visited Armenians detained in Baku in August. This information was provided to 'Factinfo' by the ICRC office in Armenia, which also noted that the detainees were given the opportunity to contact their family members.
'According to procedures, issues related to health conditions and detention conditions are discussed only with the detaining authorities,' ICRC representatives stated.
