International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach has announced that he will not run for re-election. This information was reported by the TASS agency.
The elections for the President of the IOC will take place in March 2025. It is noteworthy that earlier reports indicated that a decision to amend the Olympic Charter, which would have extended Bach's authority as IOC President, was not accepted during the organization's 142nd session.
