Ukrainian Attack in Kursk Region Halted, Says Gerasimov

Valery Gerasimov, the chief of the General Staff of the Russian Army, announced during a meeting of the Security Council led by President Putin that the Ukrainian attack in the border region of Kursk has been halted. Gerasimov asserted that Russian forces continue to “destroy the enemy” in border areas.

As of this moment, official Kyiv has not commented on the invasion of Russian territory by the Ukrainian armed forces.
