Police Brutally Beat My Brother: He Can’t See at All, Says Artsakh Lawyer
“About 10 police officers brutally beat my brother, Arman Yeritsyan, under the pretext of parking in a prohibited area,” stated Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan during a recent live broadcast on Facebook.
He mentioned that tear gas was sprayed in his brother's face, his arm was broken, and his brother has lost his eyesight—“he can’t see at all.”
