Argentina Refuses to Recognize Maduro's Victory in Venezuelan Elections
The leader of Argentina, Javier Milei, has announced that Argentina does not recognize the victory of candidate and current president Nicolás Maduro in the Venezuelan elections. This was stated in a post on the social media platform X, as reported by TASS.
"Argentina does not accept yet another fraud and hopes that the armed forces will protect democracy and the will of the people this time," Milei stated.
Earlier, Maduro's campaign team had declared his victory in the presidential elections in Venezuela. In February, Maduro referred to Milei as a bandit.
