Russia and Ukraine Exchange Prisoners in '95-95' Format
Russia has returned 95 Russian soldiers from areas under Kyiv's control, in exchange for 95 prisoners of war transferred to the Ukrainian armed forces. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense, according to the TASS news agency.
The soldiers returning from captivity have been provided with psychological assistance and will be transported to Moscow by military aircraft.
