Yellow Weather Alert Declared in St. Petersburg
A yellow weather alert has been declared in St. Petersburg due to high temperatures, expected rain, and thunderstorms, reports the city administration's press service.
According to Rosgidromet, from June 28 until 8:00 PM, very high air temperatures (above 30 degrees Celsius) will persist in St. Petersburg. On June 29, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, scattered rain and thunderstorms are expected, along with wind gusts of 15-17 meters per second.
The authorities are urging residents and visitors to exercise caution.
