Microbiological Deviations Detected in Some Products of 'Daughter Marianna' LLC
Inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia conducted checks at the dairy production of 'Daughter Marianna' LLC, taking samples from the produced range.
The samples were submitted for laboratory testing, and the results revealed that the sample of 'string cheese' contained 'listeria monocitogenes', the sample of 'frying cheese' showed the presence of E. coli, and the sample of 'non-anakh 45% cheese' exhibited 'pathogenic Salmonella'. These indicators did not meet the standards set by the technical regulations of the Eurasian Customs Union.
