Online Application Process for Housing Support Program for Displaced Residents of Artsakh Starts

Starting today, the online application process for the state support program for the housing needs of families forcibly displaced from Artsakh has begun. This was announced on the Facebook page of the Artsakh State Ministry.

"Applications for obtaining a certificate for the purchase of an apartment or individual residential house can be submitted by beneficiaries meeting the conditions of the first phase of the program. Applications are accepted at the following link: https://housing.socservice.am/. It should be noted that in the first phase of the program, the following families can qualify:

• Families with three or more minor children.
• Families who have lost a member due to death or loss of breadwinner status, or have a member with a disability of 1st or 2nd group.
• Any other type of family considered viable and receiving at least 50% additional loan support from the bank.
