The trial of Rashid Beglaryan, a resident of Artsakh, has commenced in Azerbaijan. He has been charged with "illegally crossing the border" and is also facing allegations related to the "Khojaly genocide" case.
It is worth noting that on August 1, it became known that Azerbaijani border guards had arrested the 61-year-old citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, Rashid Beglaryan. He reportedly left his village under the influence of alcohol, wandered off, and ended up in an area controlled by Azerbaijan.
