Investigators Attempt to Seize the President of Artsakh’s Service Vehicle
Lawyer Roman Yeritsyan announced via a Facebook live stream that the Investigative Committee of Armenia is planning to seize a vehicle belonging to the Republic of Artsakh, located near the permanent representation of Artsakh in Armenia.
"This is the service vehicle of the President of Artsakh, operated by Ashot Danielyan, which rightfully belongs to the Republic of Artsakh," the lawyer elaborated.
He stated that although no formal seizure order has been issued, investigators have called a tow truck and are preparing to confiscate the vehicle that legally belongs to the Republic of Artsakh, under the pretext of unfounded claims.
"The investigators claimed that they are seizing it under a narcotics trafficking investigation, alleging that the vehicle was being operated with false license plates. These license plates are not fake; they are registered with both the traffic police of Armenia and the Republic of Artsakh, recorded as valid vehicle license plates. The Investigative Committee is preparing to seize a vehicle that rightfully belongs to the Republic of Artsakh with baseless justifications," lawyer Roman Yeritsyan stated.
