Ilham Aliyev Proposes Joint Appeal to OSCE with Armenia to Dissolve the Minsk Group
Azerbaijan has proposed to Armenia to jointly approach the OSCE to dissolve the OSCE Minsk Group. This announcement was made by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with the speakers of parliaments of Turkic states.
“De facto, we will not allow it to operate. If Armenia decides to maintain the Minsk Group, it will mean that its territorial claims against Azerbaijan continue,” he stated.
