Grigoryan Will Not Attend Security Representatives Meeting in St. Petersburg
The Secretary of Armenia's Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, will not travel to the Russian Federation and will not participate in the 12th international meeting of high representatives coordinating security issues, which will take place in St. Petersburg on April 24-25.
