Trump Accuses Biden of Political Persecution
Former U.S. President Donald Trump has accused current President Joe Biden of political persecution through the courts. His remarks, made during a session at the courthouse, were reported by RIA Novosti.
“This is an attack on a political opponent. That’s what it is. So, it is a great honor for me to be here,” said Trump.
Currently, the court is examining cases related to the falsification of business records.
The U.S. presidential elections will take place in November 2024. Former President Donald Trump will run from the Republican Party, while current President Joe Biden will run from the Democratic Party. Both candidates are notable for their advanced ages—Donald Trump is 77 years old, and Biden is 81.
