Russia Implements New Tactics to Strike Ukraine's Power Plants, Says Mykhailo Podolyak

Russia is employing new tactics to attack Ukraine's power plants, circumventing Patriot and other air defense systems, lamented Mykhailo Podolyak, an advisor to the head of President Zelensky's office.

He noted that Ukraine's air defense missiles have not yet been exhausted, but the available stock is already very limited.

Earlier, Ukraine's Minister of Energy, German Galushchenko, urged citizens to accumulate or purchase generators due to large-scale assaults on energy facilities by Russian Armed Forces.
