Voskepartsi Residents Give Nikol Pashinyan 2 Days to Visit Voskepar and Provide Explanations, Suren Petrosyan
After the recent visit of the EU observation mission to Voskepar, residents of the village expressed doubts, or even conviction, that the lands of the Tavush region have been unilaterally surrendered. This information comes from Suren Petrosyan, a representative from Voskepar.
He reported that the EU observation mission, with the knowledge and permission of state authorities and the government, bypassed several segments of the Yerevan-Noyemberyan road, justifying it as Azerbaijani and disputed territory.
“Therefore, having been authorized by the residents of the village to present their demands, we appeal to Nikol Pashinyan, Alen Simonyan, or Ararat Mirzoyan, demanding that within two days they visit Voskepar and provide appropriate explanations to the village residents. Otherwise, after the two-day period, we will file a complaint with the RA Prosecutor General's Office on suspicion of state betrayal,” said Suren Petrosyan.
