Photos: Trolebus No. 10 Collides with Toyota in Yerevan; Driver Found Intoxicated
The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has repeatedly issued strict instructions to the head of the city's transport department to oversee the discipline of bus and trolebuses drivers in the capital. This includes mandatory medical examinations for drivers before they set out on their routes.
According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan today, April 5. Around 07:30 AM, a collision took place on Tevosyan Street between a trolebuses serving route No. 10, registered under the Yerevan city hall, and a Toyota vehicle.
Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the collision.
