A New Armenian Added to Zelensky's Sanctions List
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has imposed sanctions on a number of Ukrainian and Russian businessmen and companies. This was reported by UNIAN.
The list includes businessman Vadim Alperin, known as the 'king of smuggling', and Alexander Yerimichuk; Yuri Kushnir (founder of the 'Chernovtsy Construction Materials Plant' and 'Soko' security agency) and Orest Firmanyuk; businessman Viktor Sherman, as well as Russian citizens Andrey Popov and Arayik Amirxanov (for 10 years).
The measures entail asset restrictions and limitations on commercial activities, restrictions on flights and transportation within Ukraine, capital withdrawal from Ukraine, and a prohibition on activities within Ukrainian territory.
The sanctions list also includes 86 companies.
