Kostanyan on Official Demand for Armenia to Withdraw from CSTO
The borders of Armenia are very clear, and it is evident what constitutes the sovereign territory of the Republic of Armenia. Our position has not changed; we expect that, eventually, the CSTO will give a political assessment of the fact that the sovereign territories of Armenia were occupied in September 2022.
This was stated by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vahan Kostanyan during a conversation with reporters.
When asked whether there is a demand for Armenia to reconsider its relations with the EAEU and to withdraw from the CSTO, the Deputy Minister responded: “No official demand has been presented to us.”
