VIDEO: Paying 50% of the Fine Will Consider the Obligation Fulfilled, Ministry of Internal Affairs
As a result of the legislative reforms implemented by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, citizens have the opportunity to settle their obligations arising from violations incurred before April 5 within three months starting April 5 through a bonus system.
If you have an obligation related to a violation committed before April 5 and it is not under enforcement proceedings, paying 50% of the fine will consider the obligation completely fulfilled.
If the obligation related to a violation committed before April 5 is under enforcement proceedings, after paying 50% of the fine, the enforcement costs will be calculated based on the remaining amount: if the remaining amount is up to 10,000 dram, the enforcement cost will be 50% of the remaining amount; for amounts between 10,000 and 100,000 dram, it will be 5,000 dram. For fines exceeding 100,000 dram, after paying 50% of the fine, the enforcement cost will be 5% of the remaining amount.
