Putin Promises Hand-Controlled Vehicles for Amputee Soldiers in Ukraine War
Russian President Vladimir Putin has promised to provide hand-controlled vehicles to soldiers who have suffered amputations during the special military operation in Ukraine. Putin made this commitment during a meeting with Anna Tsivileva, head of the "Defenders of the Fatherland" foundation.
He proposed that military personnel with leg amputations be included in the list of recipients for rehabilitation equipment, stating, "We will consider this issue resolved," in response to the proposal.
