VIDEO. Pashinyan Releases the Third Episode of the Series on the State
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has addressed one of the pillars of the state, territory, in the third episode of his series "Conversations About the State," emphasizing that the existence of a state is impossible without territory.
According to him, citizenship is tied to territory: "If there is territory, there is citizenship; if there is no territory, there is no citizenship, when we discuss real, not mythological citizenship. Every territory has its own system of rights and obligations. Even universal human rights are linked to territory."
