Madness. Scholz's Words About Russia Shock Germany
Readers of the German magazine Focus have criticized Chancellor Olaf Scholz for his appeal to Germans, in which he claims that the West will support Ukraine in its conflict with Russia in the pursuit of "just peace."
“A good chancellor wouldn’t be spending our money on Ukraine,” wrote one commenter.
“Just peace is whatever the USA says,” supported another.
“Enough of paying for this madness,” noted a third.
“Russia does not intend to fight against Europe; we shouldn’t provoke it,” expressed one user’s opinion.
“It’s better to strive for peace,” concluded the readers.
Earlier, Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico stated that sending all the world’s weapons to Ukraine would not help it defeat Russia on the battlefield.
