Lukashenko Calls for Preparedness Against Attack
The President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has urged Russia to prepare for an attack and has warned of the threat of a NATO assault on Belarus and Russia. According to Lukashenko, Belarus and Russia should not weaken in light of NATO forces' concentration at Belarus' borders.
Lukashenko's comments were reported by BelTA and shared by gazeta.ru. “We should not weaken. We are sure that if we show any sign of weakness, they will attack us. This is absolutely certain,” emphasized the Belarusian leader.
During a working visit to the Oshmyany District of the Grodno region, the President participated in events to assess the combat readiness of formations and military units.
