VIDEO: Putin Votes Online in Presidential Elections
The Russian presidential candidate and current leader Vladimir Putin has voted online in the presidential elections. This information comes from footage released by the Kremlin.
The published video shows him approaching his office computer, casting his vote, then smiling and waving at the camera. A notification appeared on the screen saying, 'Thank you, you have successfully voted.'
This online voting method is being used for the first time in Russia's presidential elections, available in approximately one-third of the country's regions. At the same time, this is not the first instance of Putin expressing his will through this method. In recent years, he has participated remotely in the autumn unified voting day.
The Russian presidential elections will take place from March 15 to 17. For the first time, they will be held over three days. Four candidates are vying for the position of head of state: Vladimir Putin, Vladislav Davankov, Leonid Slutskin, and Nikolai Kharitonov.
