During a session of the city council, member of the "National Progress" faction Pedro Zarokyan pointed out the budget performance, stating that more money is spent on dogs than on children's sports development.

"The municipality spends 105 thousand dram annually per dog," Zarokyan said. He also noted that significant amounts have been spent on festive decorations.

"You have spent 72 million dram just for lighting 3 eggs, seriously, what are you doing here? Who thought it was a good idea to put eggs out and spend 72 million dram on them? You are making such important expenses for these trifles, for what reason?" Zarokyan stated.
