Germany Strongly Advises Its Citizens Against Traveling to Russia

The German Foreign Ministry has strongly advised its citizens and dual nationals against traveling to the Russian Federation. Previously, the term "seriously" was absent from Germany's security warning.

The relevant information is posted in a statement from the foreign affairs agency. "Traveling to the Russian Federation is strongly discouraged," the statement says.

The foreign ministry's message, as before, indicates the risk of drone attacks, including on Moscow. The department does not rule out attacks on public transport, including trains.

It is advised not to visit areas bordering Ukraine, including Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, and Kursk regions.
