U.S. Senate Approves Aid Package for Israel, Ukraine, and Gaza
The U.S. Senate has passed a bill approving a $95.3 billion foreign aid package. This legislation includes assistance for Ukraine, Israel, and Gaza.
The bill is set to be reviewed by the House of Representatives, where many Republicans oppose further aid to Ukraine.
It is noteworthy that the foreign aid package allocates billions of dollars to ensure security for Ukraine and Israel, as well as humanitarian aid for civilians in Gaza, the West Bank of Jordan, and Ukraine.
Of the approved funding, $14.1 billion is designated for Israel as military assistance, $9.2 billion for humanitarian aid, and $4.8 billion for partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
