Raisi Proposes to Remove Israel from the UN
The President of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, has proposed the removal of Israel from the United Nations. He made this statement during a speech in Tehran on Sunday, coinciding with mass demonstrations held to mark the 45th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution, as reported by the IRNA agency.
“Our proposal is to expel the Zionist regime from the UN,” he added, stating that Israel has violated 400 declarations, resolutions, and measures taken by international organizations.
Describing the Palestinian issue as “the main priority of humanity,” the Iranian president emphasized that governments should sever all economic relations and cooperation with the Zionist regime to prevent further crimes.
