Russia Develops New Troop Camouflage Technology: Fox News

Russia has developed and deployed a new camouflage technology for its troops, which many are calling the "invisible cloak." This was reported by Fox News.

"This new 'invisible cloak' is part of the Russian and previously Soviet 'maskirovka' doctrine, which is a fundamental tenet of Russian military doctrine," said military intelligence strategic analyst Rebecca Coffler. She also provided details about the new technology.

It is noted that the full suit includes a hood and "special glasses," and offers effective concealment for the user from up to two meters away. "The material the suit is made from has three layers: the first, the inner layer, reflects the user's body infrared radiation; the second, the middle layer, absorbs that radiation, while the third, the outer layer, reflects infrared radiation from the external environment," the expert explained.

"There is a reason the Russians want us to know that they have this," Coffler said, "It doesn’t mean they are lying."
