Death Toll in Gaza Exceeds 26,700, Nearly 10,000 Are Children

Since October 7, 2023, more than 26,700 Palestinians have been killed in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, with nearly 70,000 injured. This report comes from Al Jazeera, citing the Palestinian Ministry of Health.

According to the ministry, since the escalation of the conflict in October 2023, at least 26,422 people have died in the Gaza Strip due to Israeli bombardments, including more than 10,000 children. Additionally, 65,087 residents of the enclave have been injured, among them 8,663 children.

In the West Bank, at least 370 Palestinians have been killed, including 99 children, and more than 4,250 have been wounded.
