Negotiations for a ceasefire between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement are making progress, with one of the topics under discussion being the implementation of a one-month humanitarian pause. This was reported by NBC News, citing anonymous diplomats.
“Negotiations regarding a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas have registered progress... The proposal being discussed is for a humanitarian pause starting from one month and extending longer, which would be followed by a permanent ceasefire,” the network's report stated.
According to one source, the negotiations are part of a larger deal that could lead to the normalization of relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia.
