Why Poland Has Deployed Its Aircraft
The operational command of the Polish Armed Forces has informed the public about the flights of military aircraft from the Republic and its allies near the border with Ukraine due to increased activity from Russian aviation. This information comes from TASS.
According to the department, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), the Polish Armed Forces have noted a "rise in the activity of the long-range aviation of the Russian Federation in connection with intentions to strike Ukrainian territory."
"In this context, it has been decided to strengthen the aviation of Poland and its allies to ensure the security of Poland's airspace," the command clarified.
