Details of Discussion Between Ararat Mirzoyan and CSTO Secretary General Revealed
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, and the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), Imangali Tasmagambetov, have discussed issues related to the activities of the CSTO. This was reported by the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the statement, the CSTO Secretary General informed the Armenian Foreign Minister about the outcomes of the CSTO Collective Security Council session held in Minsk in November 2023, as well as the joint meeting of the CSTO Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Defense Ministers, and Security Council Secretaries.
The two officials exchanged views on the current situation in the region, as well as on projects aimed at enhancing transport and economic connectivity, including the “Peace Intersection” concept developed by the Armenian government.
